i did this when my tablet still worked.
ts 90% complete, i havent got photoshop right now, so i cant do the finishing touches T_T

but i love how i did her skin ^_^
too bad i can't remember how i did it.

i will upload the finished version when i get my photoshop to work...

of course character belongs to the great Oda.
